I grew up doing volunteer labor ranch work for 2 family ranches, and neighbor ranches.

I will volunteer work labor events at “M Brand Ranch Inc.” (owned by my brothers: Tom JiLG and Dan JiLG) or seasonal work events at any ranch/farm who will have me.

I’ve been doing a WRAP book since 2006. I got super good at WRAP around 2018, and I can pass certification tests in it. Mary Ellen Coepland was disabled, until she got a PHD. It’s her program. I’m not a people person, and my passion is cartoons and computers, but WRAP is a Self Process Therapy.

I am certified in 3 tiers of Therapy.

1. Cognitive Behavioral 🚨 300 thinking distortions
   Most thoughts/feelings are “fallacies” things which feel plausible when they’re false. These common thinking errors can combine to make over 300 fallacies. I can slowly write the entire listicle of 300 distortions using a thought web.
2. Dialectical Behavioral ⚠️ Fallacies/Feelings still affect behavior, emotions, and mood. Certain fallacies can’t change.
3. WRAP Self Process 💡 What are “my Stressors”, “my Coping Skills”, “my Needs”, “Daily Maintenance”, “Support System”, and “my Action Plan”? Only I am responsible for my life.
4. ADLs, Activities of Daily Living 🪥🦷 I maintain my emotions and mood, daily!

I practice all 4 tiers of Therapy regularly, and computer arts even more.

My life passion is cartoonist!
